Service Description

Refresh and fine-tune breathing techniques to boost the life force energy Prana and access meditative states with ease. This class will explore more active and energizing yogic breathing techniques such as Bhastrika (Bellows Breath), Kapalbhatti (Skull-shining breath), Kundalini Kriya and others. These breath boosting practices are best done in the morning before breakfast or in the early evening before dinner. The class is intermediate level and is suitable for those who have experienced breath work and have or would like to build on a regular practice of Yoga Asanas and Pranayama.
