OUR GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Our classes help you relax, slow down and find concentration, ease and balance through the simple act of deep, controlled breathing. They are never a substitute for medical interventions. The intimate connection between breathing and regions of the brain that control attention, sleep and stress regulation means that loving attention to your own breath can help deepen your understanding of your mind and emotional states, so they are easier to manage. Each class ultimately helps guide you to a regular, fun, home practice, which once established, serves as your own nurturing space for inner peace, self-care, love, creativity and insight.
